Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once a publishing project is initiated, it is considered officially underway. Cancellations and refunds are applicable solely to orders that have not yet entered the project initiation phase.

If cancellation occurs before the agreed-upon period stipulated in this agreement, the agreement’s duration will be six (6) months from the Launch Date. The Author’s Promotional Offer will be featured on the Digital Influence LLC website during the Official Launch.

For marketing and other services not included in the Publishing Package, or before the commencement of specific service fulfillment:

  • Within 0-30 calendar days after purchase: 100% refund of the purchase price; no refund if individual service(s) fulfillment begins, whichever is greater.
  • No refund if purchased more than 30 calendar days ago.
  • Upon delivery of the final copy of the marketing service to the customer, but before the service is launched, a 30% refund of the purchase fee will be issued.
  • No refunds once the service(s) has been scheduled for launch.
  • Service(s) fulfillment begins when the author completes the survey or when we or a contractor begin working on the services, whichever comes first.

If the contract is terminated without cause before the completion of Marketing Services, the entire purchase amount will be refunded. “Cause” is defined as (a) abusive or uncivil behavior toward us or our contractors; (b) formal or informal complaints from a third party related to the author, their work, or royalties; or (c) the manuscript or work failing to comply with content guidelines or applicable laws.

If termination occurs due to non-compliance with content guidelines, a 100% refund, less a $150 administrative fee, will be issued.

Upon termination, any liabilities incurred before termination remain, and Digital Influence LLC will cease promoting the author’s services, using their technology and trademarks, and making their services available. Each party may continue offering products or services directly to subscribers before termination without liability to the other party.

Refund Process:

To cancel an order before the project initiation phase, contact customerservice@digitalinfluencellc.com with order details. Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

Project Initiation:

Project initiation includes steps taken by Digital Influence LLC to start the project, such as manuscript review or design conceptualization.

No Refunds After Project Initiation:

Once the project initiation phase begins, no refunds will be provided, and it may start shortly after the order to ensure an efficient process.

Changes to Orders:

Changes to orders require approval and may affect timelines and costs. Contact customer support for assistance.
